Just did (I was avoiding it initially due to the mention of 1.4 spoilers) - and yeah, I totally did a double take too.
...also I just realized I'm totally stealing parts of my plot from the .hack and Sword Art Online franchises. Oops! Oh well, I'm stealing my view of alternate universes from another anime as well so I guess it's all even in the end. :P
